Ingredients: 200 grams Tomatoes 1/2 cup of Green Peas 1 to 1/2 cup of Soaked rice 1 Onion 3 Green Chillies Mint leaves Coriander leaves 2 tsp Ghee Bay leaf Cinnamon, Cloves and Cardamom 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp Turmeric powder Salt (As per taste) 1 tsp Garam Masala 1 tsp Red chilli powder 3 cups of Water Procedure: 1. In a cooker, take ghee and fry bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and fry them. Once, they are tempered, add onions, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and mix them together. 2. Add tomatoes and cook it covered for 5 minutes on a medium flame. 3. To this, add green peas, green chillies and mix them well. Cook, it covered for another 5 minutes on a medium flame. 4. Now, add garam masala, red chilli powder, mint leaves and give it a nice stir. Add, soaked rice, water, coriander leaves and mix it well. 5. Once the water starts to boil, cover the cooker with its lid and let it cook for 3 whistles. 6. Serve it hot with raita.
